7.7.14 Boring July Week
Training summary: such the same as prev. week, hills on Weds morning, track on Thurs evening, with easier runs around Klostergården down to the river inbetween. Sunday took a faster pace than usual (3.50/km) run to Lomma for a swim in the sea (and some aquajogging in the shaoow part of it!), running back up to Åkarp for the train back to Lund. Very hot day!
Main Sessions: Weds: St Hans hills 6xlong, 6x short, plus a full SHE lap (or what you can of it due to rebuilding work on the hills). Thurs: Track at CIP, 400m intervals at 72-73s pace, 5x30s rest, 5x run continuous 400m on\400m off at slower pace.
Next week: I plan a trip to Skrylle again at some point, otherwise much the same. Wallanderloppet if not too warm.
I've also entered Etape Bornholm this year: 5 races in 5 days from 21-25th July, ranging from flat 10k to hilly and beach running. I don't expect much in the way of good times, but it should be a good training week, to push me a bit during the summer.
